They had my car for over a week because they kept saying the part would be in the next day and then it wouldn’t come in. Since the part never came in they took the part off of another new vehicle to install the part would be in the next day and then it wouldn’t come in. Since the part never came in they took the part off of another new vehicle to install in mine. This is a new car and should not have to have the air conditioner instrument panel changed out for being faulty. They did resolve the issue but it just took a week. More
