I would rate the experience overall as a 4, simply due to the break down in communication, which isn't entirely the fault of the individuals whom sold me my vehicle. I appreciate their willingness to step up and ensure that everything I needed was met. As I have always worked with this dealership with the 2 previous VWs that I had, I was willing to overlook the discrepancy. Due to weather the scheduled date was pushed back, which was understandable, but I had to be more direct in that I wanted to see the vehicle, sooner than the later time frame they were suggesting. Due to my work schedule and being from out of town, it would have been nice if they had asked what would better suit me, than assuming that I could come back whenever. Aside from that Jeremiah was a nice gentleman to work with and I would refer anyone that asked to him. My other small discrepancy was with the finance process. Coming from a field where I work with numbers, I feel that it was not geared to the individual, but enforced upon them. The packages were merely stated and I was never told of any other package options available, which I discovered there were other options once I got my copy of the signed agreement. Being a person of numbers and financial background, the financer should have gone over the packages in detail and given me the option to choose, rather than choosing for me. If I make a future purchase at this location, I will be more aware of this in the future. More
Asked for a ‘once over’ on my daughters Tiguan before heading back to school. Can’t believe the bill came back at $180 for basically the same inspection as I would get with an oil change. Also, the report indicated a recommended change of the cabin filter. I replaced the cabin filter within the past three months. It makes me wonder what other inspection were skipped or based on mileage without checking. More

Finished the 100k maintenance quickly! I appreciate how quickly the service department handled my car. The prices do seem high however. There are other service departments that can handle an oil change muc quickly the service department handled my car. The prices do seem high however. Every time that I go in to Allen Samuels they are wonderful. Car wash w/ oil change service. They repaired a tire FREE for me before, because I’d picked up a nail. oh, & they have a comfy lobby/waiti wonderful. Car wash w/ oil change service.
