Maigen handled herself very well considering I'm not easy to deal with in a good night. As far as service is concerned, I was able to pull the code on my Atlas before having it serviced. The technician found to deal with in a good night. As far as service is concerned, I was able to pull the code on my Atlas before having it serviced. The technician found and replaced parts not in align with the code I pulled. Once I picked up the Atlas I found the code was still stored and needing service. I understand that he worked and the problem he found but I find it hard to belive he didn't look further or verify no other codes were present. If I can diagnose the dummy light with an obd2 from autozone how is it a dealer technician missed a code that has been stored there before service. I never received a call back from Ryan after he said he was going to investigate even though I showed the code was still stored and overlooked. Aside from Maigen I have little to no faith in this dealer, all future service will be done at the VW okc store. I filed a complaint with VW America and VW international. More
