Horrible service. Took 2 hours for an oil change. I scheduled my oil change days in advance but when I arrived, they said they didn't have the filter and had to go get one. After one hour, they had the scheduled my oil change days in advance but when I arrived, they said they didn't have the filter and had to go get one. After one hour, they had the part back but took an additional hour before my husband walked to the service area, only to find my vehicle parked in the back with all four service guys just standing around chit-chatting. Mind you, we were the only customers there in service the whole time. They need to pay attention to their service appts to ensure they have the parts in advance and need a service manager or asst manager supervising at all times. The gentleman that sold me the vehicle was there and assisted as best he could, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. More
