New car experience 10/10. And that feeling will fade to normal eventually. But what wont fade, is the experience i had with Tom Brousseau. He was great from start to finish. Super polite and charismatic, he made me feel like family. But what really set the tone of my overall experience, was the fact that Tom himself cleaned the car out , shined the wheels like a mirror. Put the licenced tags on and the plate cover. My new 2015 jetta 1.8t looked nice as heck after he was done and i couldn't be more grateful and appreciative. Thank you so much Tom Brousseau. More

I have mixed feeling on my service here. I came in for a simple recall which the dealership performed well and without question. Even on a Saturday, which some dealerships don’t do. While the repair was simple recall which the dealership performed well and without question. Even on a Saturday, which some dealerships don’t do. While the repair was being performed on the car, as expected, the dealership came out with a list of “immediate maintenance items”. I was informed my filters were dirty and every fluid they could find in the car needed drained, flushed, and replaced. They informed me that the fluid were “dirty” and in need of replacement. The problem is, nearly all of these fluids have been changed recently. When I pressed the service advisor, he backtracked from the “need” to state, well based on the VW records compared to the service schedule, these needed to be completed. But this is not how it was presented. The average person likely would not second guess this and would start forking over a massive amount of money to the dealership for standard maintenance that I complete at home. Additionally, the service department informed me my vacuum pump likely needed replacement as it was leaking oil. Being into car maintenance myself, when I got home, I got down to the vacuum pump and found, while the seals were moist, they were not actually leaking oil, but it was something to keep an eye on. This recommended repair would have cost me another $1200 for something that at this point, still was not necessary. Unfortunately, this approach is not unique to this dealership. I understand the up selling, but present everything in an honest manner, which was not done here. More

Sheduled service for 9 am got car back at 330 pm service department never updated that they were behind until I called I called the first time and they said that it would be an hour called a second time sai department never updated that they were behind until I called I called the first time and they said that it would be an hour called a second time said it would be an hour. When I got there at 9 they said that it would only be an hour. This is not the first time I have had trouble the first time I took vehicle for service they tried to sell me a set of tires I have every warranty you could get and they fed us some xxxxxxxx about unusual wear and are not covered. The customer service with Volkswagen is terrible at Allen samuels and not once was anything offered to adjust cost after waiting 6 hours without contact. I feel like it is a screw job and hope someone loses their job over this xxxxxxxx I am a first responders and have very little time between my kids and work and Allen samuels really screwed up my day so maybe some people need a lesson on customer service because it was awful More
Oh Man, I’m 66 years old, built old VW BUGS 50 years ago, my Dad had one of the first bugs imported in to okc, I was maybe 6 years old, and I thought that was the coolest thing in the World! Anyway, BIG VW FAN HERE.. so, So, I have not had a VW in many years. Your Dealership, and the employees ROCK.... so nice, cool folks. I bought the VW FOR MY 26 year old Daughter! Slide SOLID , German , dependable , Put fuel in it and go and go. And go! A car better than anything on the Road. I will get me one soon. Thanks so much for making a Dream come true, a gift from ole Dad, she will have and love for many years! More
