You know when you‘re traveling and you know you have to purchase a night at a hotel, and quite you’re tired but you want good service. And so you reserve a room in a nice hotel that has good room service a purchase a night at a hotel, and quite you’re tired but you want good service. And so you reserve a room in a nice hotel that has good room service and excellent reviews for the room you book. When you get there, though, there’s no bell-hop to move your luggage for you. The receptionist makes you check yourself in. And when you finally get yourself into your room you even have to turn down your own sheets. But, the room is nice. When awake and you ask for a breakfast meal to be sent to your room via room service, they tell you you have to go get it yourself. And after you’re done, you again have to check yourself out. Literally the only thing the concierge was good for was to charge you money and give your a receipt. You ended up having a nice stay at a nice hotel in a nice room, but that’s all you got. You didn’t feel welcome, just felt like another number to fill another room number. Now, apply that to my experience at Allen Samuels—I just felt like I was another body filling another car. I got a nice room (car) but that was it. I guess I don’t know what kind of service I was expecting while there, either, as it was my first time buying a car. I love the car and thank you for your help, but again—all I feel I got out of that was a car. And that hurts because I love Volkswagen. My family has been VW’ers for a very long time. And we probably will continue to be. Well, I guess the last bit I have to say is don’t offer someone (especially a poor college student) $500 off IF they could come in THAT evening to buy the car when you KNOW that they are waiting on a claim check for the down payment. The young student asks if the deal would still stand later in the week and they’re told yes. When they finally do arrive to get the car, here told that the $500 extra off doesn’t count anymore. :( More

Customer service/POOR I have had my car serviced here since it was purchased. Every time I visit this place I have a terrible experience. They are never on time.
