too lazy to check the problem I came in to get my leaking tire repaired or replaced. they took my car back and filled it with air and said there was nothing wrong with the tire. Also had push button starter replaced under warranty so the cost was a pleasant surprise of $50. I would give a 5 star across the board, but a wiring harness wasn’t plugged back in on the gear shift lighting so we had to return. They fixed the issue in a few minutes upon our return. We want to mention that Michael Button in the service department is first rate and very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. More

Maybe because it’s still being built?? I scheduled an oil change online for a slot at 7:30 am, I arrived on time. I waited minutes shy of two hours for the oil change to be completed. It’s advertised as an Xpress service but two hours is not express. Im not sure if it’s because the facility is still under construction or what. While waiting on my car to be done in the trailer. A few of the employees continually went to the bathroom and left the door open. The continual smell of poop wafting in the air was not great! I typically have no issues when I have my vehicle serviced. More

Ken was awesome to work with on our new lease for our Jetta Ken was so awesome and helpful while we were deciding to lease a new 2019 Jetta. He kept us in the loop the whole time.
