Difficult experience I brought the car in for a headlight replacement and AC recharge. Upon inspection, I was informed that the compressor to the AC system was needing t I brought the car in for a headlight replacement and AC recharge. Upon inspection, I was informed that the compressor to the AC system was needing to be replaced to the tune of $1200. I gulped and agreed to the repair. When the compressor arrived and was installed I received a call to say that other parts needed to be replaced in connection with the AC system to the tune of another $600. This was upsetting as I was relying on the original estimate to be an accurate appraisal of the amount of the repair. Through some negotiation, the final amount of the repair, including a new headlight assembly, came to about $1800. When I finally picked up the car two weeks after dropping it off, I found that there were parts from the undercarriage of the vehicle in the rear compartment. I therefore had to bring the car back to have these parts reattached to the underside of the vehicle. Along the way I would say that the service maintenance staff was at times unresponsive to phone calls and emails regarding the status of the car. Whew--Glad this ordeal is over! More

Michael Button is the SWEETEST man and is so attentive. There were multiple people who answered multiple questions for me then they washed my car before sending me home in it! WAHOO! Hoping nothing goes wrong with my vehicle, but will definitely not dread taking it in to this place. More

Great Experience! I loved working with my sales rep Papa and the finance manager Scott. Papa took a lot of time to teach me the functions of my new Atlas and Scott made I loved working with my sales rep Papa and the finance manager Scott. Incredibly Fair I, like many consumers, have a deep mistrust of car salesman. As I’ve learned in the past, it’s not just the salesman upfront that can try to take adv I, like many consumers, have a deep mistrust of car salesman. As I’ve learned in the past, it’s not just the salesman upfront that can try to take advantage of you, but it’s also the financing agents. That was NOT the case at Allen Samuels. Right away, I felt like my salesman had my best interest at heart. He really listened to what I was looking for and didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t need. In fact, he talked me OUT of a more expensive trim level of the car I was looking for because he knew that price was important to me and that particular trim level didn’t have anything additional on my “must have” list. The next thing that really impressed me was that they gave me a really fair price for my trade-in. More than I was expecting, to be honest. I ended up with a great deal and the right monthly payment, which was really important to me. Then it was time to go to financing, which I was really dreading. I’ve had horrible experiences with sharky financing agents before. Here, the financing agent was actually genuinely helpful. He did try to up-sell me some additional warranties and things, but he wasn’t pushy or sneaky about it. He was up-front and honest about how much they cost and how they would be beneficial. I opted in to some and not others, and he took “no” for an answer regarding the ones I didn’t want. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I never want to go anywhere else. More

I didn’t ever speak directly to the sales manager, but he seemed reasonable with pricing and negotiations. We had a slight mixup on the exact rebates that would apply to the purchase, but in the end, the finance and sales manager made it work out. They seemed a little pushy with some of the added warranties and additional coverages that could be purchased at the time of the sale; however, I realize it’s their job to sell these products and at the same time, I appreciated the thoroughness of going through the additional coverage options. Apart from Aaron’s superior service, I would consider it an average car buying experience. More
