Thanks for sending three text reminders prior to the service date. Because of that courtesy I arrived a bit early than the 9:30 appointment. After questioning the service clerk about 30 minutes later I learned that “the tech was working on a 9:00” vehicle. My car was taken into the shop about 10:15 and returned just before 10:30. Let me suggest utilizing the text system to alert a potential delay or an offer of transportation or rescheduling at my convenience. Additionally please consider customer service training to enhance communication skills and of course adequate qualified staffing in the shop area to meet scheduled customer expectations and to include an operating wash bay. So for $79.00 I would have enjoyed feeling like a happy repeat paying customer and not just an inconvenience driving away in a dirty car. I’m certain you can do better. More
