The sale of the car went great! I bought a 2013 WRX with ~54k miles on it. Unfortunately, after the sale they were far from helpful. The clutch starter switch went out on the car wh I bought a 2013 WRX with ~54k miles on it. Unfortunately, after the sale they were far from helpful. The clutch starter switch went out on the car which was going to cost around $250 dollars to fix. When I asked if they would assist they said they would send a check for the amount. I waited months and never received the check. When I called back to check on the status, they told me there is nothing they were willing to do. A company willing to lose a return buyer over $250 dollars is not a company I would like to work with. I will not buy a car from any of Bob Penkhus' dealerships ever again. More

This trip was to drop my car for a scratch repair that happened during an oil change. Yes, they fixed it, but how did they put a huge scratch in my car during an oil change?
