No nonsense buying experience We've purchased quite a few cars from dealerships and it's always been a struggle for me. I really dislike the "Come on in, meet the General Manager and get slam-dunked into a car" routine, I've experienced at most of the other dealerships. None of the high pressure sales tactics were used during our visit to Bob Poynter. My husband looked at the car earlier in the day. Randy Smith was the sales person who assisted my husband, and answered all of his questions. My husband explained to Randy that he'd be in later that evening because he wanted to bring his wife in to look at the car, too. Randy was professional and courteous. He answered my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable with purchasing the car. He then took the time to show my husband how to use the other features in the car. I can honestly say we will definitely consider returning to Bob Poynter when we purchase our next car. I highly recommend Randy Smith as a sales person. More
