The service here is the worst ever. If there was a minus star, I would give it to them. My catalytical converter was stolen while on their lot and they refused to take responsibility. I had them replace t star, I would give it to them. My catalytical converter was stolen while on their lot and they refused to take responsibility. I had them replace the original stolen converter and had to take it back twice because check engine light came on. They had my car for 10 days while I left on vacation and when I came back I was told that the last check engine light was on because someone took my converter again. There is no way I wouldn't know if my converter had been stolen while I as driving it - the noise is deafening. And, even if it was taken while in their possession they weren't responsible - that was what I had insurance for. Then I was told that the replacement parts they used for my 2010 Honda Element never work and that I needed to have my insurance company ok OEM parts. They lied to me, and would not take any responsibility for the damage to my car. The second time I had to take it back because the check engine light came on I was told they would fix it and it would take a couple of hours - ok, so I was waiting. It was 5 1/2 hours later that they gave the car back to me fixed - supposedly at which time I took it home and the check engine light came on again. That is when I left it there while I was on vacation for them to fix. If you have ever heard a car without a converter on it you would know that the noise cannot be ignored. I wouldn't take a car from them if they gave it to me. I will never take my car back there for anything. More

Was one of the best but most of my experiences have been above 80% perfect experiences . I traded cars after a nice Guy ( Graham Kennedy )struck up a conversation about my current car and what it was worth above 80% perfect experiences . I traded cars after a nice Guy ( Graham Kennedy )struck up a conversation about my current car and what it was worth. I was there getting a recall done. So now have an awesome beautiful fully loaded Honda Accord. The take away was lots of guys in the lobby while I waited Graham was the only one the strike up a conversation. I had no thought of flipping autos till he made it exciting thanks for speaking to me. More
