My first experience with Bob Rohrman Honda, I felt pressure to buy a used car which I was looking for to begin with. Mine was a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium well kept. I just wanted a newer one, I didn't feel they gave me give enough time to decide and to drive the vehicles of interest. I ended paying more for a vehicle than I wanted. Women seem to be taken advantage of when it comes to doing things on their own. My payment is the same I feel if the dealership wants your business no matter what your credit score is or financial situation may be. They will go above and beyond to work with you and assure they give the best customer service they can so you will return in the future. When served as a good customer you tend to come back and spread the word to draw more people. Don't get me wrong they were nice but my circumstances at the time were constraint and I feel I was so pressured they made a point to keep telling me the vehicle may be gone and my choices will be slim Saturday is a big day and lots of people tend to buy. I drove an hour the next day in the pouring rain leaving a family reunion just to come and make a deal for the two gentlemen that assisted me. What did I get out of this. Same payment more money loan wise and minimal dollars for my vehicle just so they can make a sale. I want to trade my daughters car in when she turns 18 April of 2022, so she can build credit I am not sure I will return. I know if Bob Rohrman was alive he would be appalled at the customer service. I felt like getting an oil change 15 minute service. Especially today what all has been through an still going through. Maybe the other Rohrman's lot are not like this. The young guy that helped me to start was old enough to be my grandson. Not happy customer :( More
I have very positive response about the dealer ship. How ever, I expected price for Diagnostics is included in the repair.....How ever, I had to pay extra fees for diagnostics. I am so fortunate to have purchased my car from Bob Rohrman Honda. My sales person Dustin Blume even came to pick me up when I had no way to get to the lot. My first experience with Rohrman Honda was very positive. The Service Associate that assisted me was positive, friendly and knowledgeable. The only down side was that when I arrived I did not know who my Associate was I was standing in the room where all of the Associate are located. No one approached me, or asked if I needed help. After standing around for 5 to 10 minutes while other customer who arrived after I had arrived were taken care of before me. I finally took it upon myself to ask someone to help me or tell who was supposed to help me. More

The sales person was flexible and willing to hold the car for a day to allow me to have my mechanic look it over. The price was below the average for that vehicle, but the car is in good shape.
