Stay far far away from this place! !! Bought a van from them and the check engine light turned on the same day shortly after purchase! I went straight back to the dealership. There was !! They agreed to change it, so we came in from out of town another day my husband sat in the dealership for 5 hours and all the did was add coolant even though they said they would change it. So I had to bring the van back two different times. It was like pulling teeth. There were a few other issues with the van as well, it became very clear to me that they do not inspect cars before selling as they claim. Also, btw within their dealership fees, they charge you for the detail they supposedly do before you get it. That wasnt done either. Now here is the most frustrating part of them all. We signed several docs verifying we wanted no warranties. A few weeks pass and i go through the paper work just to see that these scammers snuck a warranty on the loan. So my loan the was supposed to be 10k was actually around 16K, but with the 2k we put down it was around 18k. The only person I didnt mind working with was Conner who helped me get the warranty supposedly cancelled which we are still waiting on. When you walk through the door the first thing they will tell you is that they claim that they thrive on transparency. Based on our experience it was the complete opposite. So here is my piece of advice, avoid this place, stay as far away as possible. THEY ARE MODERN DAY CON ARTIST! More
Recently brought a car in to be fixed, was upcharged on a price quote, which was very unexpected, and they kept my car an extra week, bcuz they forgot to order the parts! On Thursday, January 27th, my husband brought his 2016 outback to your Lima road location. The purpose of this visit was to switch the regular tires to snow tires, do an alignment, and an oil change. We have done this before at your location about 2-3 times. On Saturday, January 29th, my husband was driving, and the car was having a major issue and was almost to the point of not being able to drive home because one of the tires failed. Luckily, he was close to home, and was not on a highway or this could have been disastrous. He was able to make it home, and call AAA who was quite horrified at the condition of this tire, but put a spare on. He then was able to drive to a REPUTABLE tire shop and get new snow tires to replace the ones you JUST charged us $300 to put on and align. My issue is this: YOUR service department installed, aligned, rotated these tires and had absolutely no problem charging us $300+ for this service and failed to mention any issue with the tire! As a result we have completely lost all faith in Subaru service department, and your products (which we don’t even know if you installed OUR tires or a faulty imitation product- because these were purchased through Subaru a few years ago, stored properly and should not have had an issue where the tire completely Rotted) The car now has 100k miles on it, we trusted you with it, and unfortunately we will not be returning, or purchasing a new 2022 model from you. This is not only a customer dissatisfaction issue- it is beyond that. We should all consider ourselves extremely lucky that your total lack of attention to this very obvious detail did not cause a more serious issue, and that my husband and I are safe. More

I took my car into the head gasket worked on since it was leaking oil. They broke some parts in my motor, told me there was a "rebuilt" motor at a junkyard they could install, and I would have my leaking oil. We were taking a trip to Indiana and there were no rental cars anywhere ! A good friend Shelly McKee, gave us Brent Parrish's ( sales consultant) name and number, He found us a rental from this dealershi cars anywhere ! Brent came to the airport picked us up and took us to get out car. We then had Jacob Book ( service advisor) who finished our rental for us. When we returned the car they had a shuttle ready for us, our driver was Debroah she was so nice ! The whole experience was wonderful and I would recommend this dealership to everyone !!! I paid over $1000 for seat protection... every little thing stained the seats. I drove three hours and was told by the service manager that I needed to call the company that supposedly applied the protection (I had already done that and canceled the appointment at Doug Taylor's suggestion). Bait and switch scam-you set up appointment to drive used car and they call just as you are about to leave saying someone else is looking at it and they can’t hold it unless you put down nonrefundable but tr car and they call just as you are about to leave saying someone else is looking at it and they can’t hold it unless you put down nonrefundable but transferable deposit of $500 over the phone. You say no, show up, they don’t say it’s sold but that it’s at their other location (where new and more expensive used cars are), and when you get there the car is sold. Your salesman will act dismayed and that he didn’t know, and offers to show you other options—all more expensive. This happened twice. We bought a different one the first time, but when they did the same less than three months later we walked away. More
