The Service Center is exceptional! The team is respectful, courteous and VERY thorough. Vince is great, explains what is being done, keeps you informed of the progress of the work. And, when we realized the issue would take more time, Wayne was right there to drive me home and as soon as the car was finished, brought my vehicle back to me. While i fortunately only had a few experiences with Schaumburg Lincoln, each one has been a positive one. Very professional and all around great people!

I took my car to geat an update on my sync.and I got charged for an SD Card for the Navigation an my car dosen't have Navigation .because it has sync 2 and it dosen' come with the aption.
