We drove 45 minutes to see a vehicle you had for sale. We like the vehicle and had cash. Your sales team stated their were multiple appointments for people to see the vehicle today and we could not buy We like the vehicle and had cash. Your sales staff suggested we wait two hours to see if the next person showed up for the appointment. Then another saleman came out and stated they added another appointment for noon. We were told we couldn't have an appointment until 2pm. Terrible experience! More
