Ashley, new to the sales world, was able to answer multiple vehicle related questions upon my test driving. BONUS: I was her first official sale!! Can't say enough about Chuck. The financial/paperwork end of any car sale, to me, can be daunting. Chuck kept everything low key, private, and absolutely doable. I was a car owner in less than 3 hours! It was an overall comfortable and home-like atmosphere. I have since been in again, for questions and to have Judson take a look at my Mazda3 and Ashley, Karen, Chuck, everyone greeted me and made conversation. Job well done, Bob's! More
