Honda is the best, Dix an excellent dealer. I recently bought my 5th Honda from Dix. Charlie Faris is an exceptional sales associate who considers customers as people searching for the best car for the money. He is trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable of automobiles and especially the Honda lines. He is not only a good Honda representative, but a good person. The service for my Hondas has been excellent. The cars are well built and last without any major issues. I follow the recommended services and have wonderful, carefree driving in my favorite cars. The service department at Dix is the best I have ever known having used many other dealer's service departments. They are courteous and helpful. The service technicians are excellent and always willing to help with even the smallest concern. I know they have their good and bad days and are very busy most of the time. Through rainy, snowy, or sunny days they maintain premium service and consideration of customers. That has been my experience. I usually don't like to buy cars because of the pushy sales people, but much to my surprise it wasn't like that with Charlle. I knew what type of car I wanted and I drove both a new and used car. I've been a Subaru owner for many, many years. After looking at my current options from Subaru, I decided to look at my options from Honda, specifically the 2011 Honda Pilot Touring. Dix Honda was mo looking at my current options from Subaru, I decided to look at my options from Honda, specifically the 2011 Honda Pilot Touring. Dix Honda was more than happy to work with me to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. Nothing was too much, and after an almost three-month wait, the dealer finally was able to initiate a swap with another Honda dealer, and have the Pilot they had scheduled to be built, sent directly to Dix Honda. Mr. Charlie Faris is my salesman, and he is very professional, expeditious and gave me the details I was wanting, throughout the entire process. The best of which was the call to inform me, "your vehicle has a scheduled build-date of 7/xx/2010." The accounting/business department was fast, competent, friendly and professional.
