10,000 mile service and rattle investigation I brought my 2019 Atlas SE w/Tech R-Line in for the 10,000 mile service as well as to get a rattle coming from the front driver side wheel area. No is I brought my 2019 Atlas SE w/Tech R-Line in for the 10,000 mile service as well as to get a rattle coming from the front driver side wheel area. No issues with the 10,000 mile service. The service department is still having trouble identifying the cause and fixing the rattle. The vehie has been in 2 separate times and they have asked for it to come in for an extended amount of time this coming week. Both previous visits, a loaner car has been requested, and both loaners were small and dirty. It also took an unusual amount of time for them to locate the loaner on the lot (up to 40 minutes!). Im hopeful that this upcoming visit goes better. All of the employees have been great. More
