Bought a car here. Porter totaled it right after signing papers. Dealership never made it right. In the end it cost us money to attempt to buy a car. Pat seemed nice but turned out to be a jerk. This place is not good to deal with, if you have the slightest problem they are not going to help you out. They won't even fix their employees mistake. All we wanted was same make, same model, same milage but apparently that was just too much to ask of them. It seemed like they didn't even look for a replacement but they did managed to sell my trade and ship it off. Only to have it pulled back damaged. Don't sign those papers until your car is safely parked on the lot. Do not recommend this dealer at all. More

These guys are very unethical. We agreed upon a price and I made a down payment on a new Audi. And then they sold my car to someone else. Since they did not have the color of the A5 that I wanted in stock, instead of trying to get me to pu of duty" to get me into the car that I wanted. Communication is excellent, with frequent updates by email regarding changes in delivery dates. Pricewise, I was offered 1% over invoice as the initial offer, which was excellent given the time I ordered the car (just a couple months after it was offered to the US customer base). No experience with the service department yet though. I think we (people in the STL area) are lucky to have several good Audi dealerships here, but I would go back to BIll in a heartbeat. More
