The unprofessional from the technician to the the service writer and now the Service Manager who could not get on call with a customer is beyond unacceptable with this dealership. They worked on a RECALL on writer and now the Service Manager who could not get on call with a customer is beyond unacceptable with this dealership. They worked on a RECALL on my Alfa and the technician damaged the wire which dislocated my airbag. I had an alert and went in and the nicer guy Eric the service writer said to come back to fix it. It’s been months I drive with no airbags and runaround saying parts are coming in this Friday and that was weeks ago now. I’m going to call the manufacturer now I paid for warranty $1800 extenders and this is how these people treat you!! I would never recommend to go here not even an offer of a loaner car ever. I was nice not to fill out the survey but I’m fed up now. I will go on there and demand my car to be fixed soon More

I had horrible experience with the female service manager. I actually speak to her over the phone and she tells me to make an appointment so they can do a repair order and wait just to tell me if the manager. I actually speak to her over the phone and she tells me to make an appointment so they can do a repair order and wait just to tell me if they accept my extended warranty I bought from the dealer. They can’t tell me I can get a loaner car unless they do it. I make an appointment I’m running late I call leave messages no one calls back. When I arrive I’m treated like I should not even be there. She changed her entire story and says I must leave my car for several days for a tech to check it I can’t wait! If I’m asking for a loaner car lady why would I drive all the way there to leave my car for days. Being a woman I hate to say this is the second time me dealing with her they need a male supervisor she does not know what she is doing! I ask her please to make notes of me having to leave she would not so I’m taking a pic of me there and the dealership and above them and she says “please don’t take pictures of me that is illegal” I’m taking pics of dealer not you she says it’s illegal. If anyone near by over heard saying tgats illegal she is making me look like a criminal! I started to now get upset the police man was there calls me I walk over explain he is way nicer then her. Hess like maam there busy now you can come back wait another day. He is right common sense! But that’s not what she is saying. She says to leave my car for days for a diagnosis FOR A CELL PHONE CHARGER PORT!! His face look puzzled he had nothing to say. I said officer I will leave and write a review. She was there heard did not care. So here it is. Another dealership will take me and wait. Your company loss!! More
