I had an appalling experience at Bomnin while attempting to purchase a 2025 Chevy Tahoe. After finalizing a deal and securing insurance, I was en route to the dealership when they called to inform me that a to purchase a 2025 Chevy Tahoe. After finalizing a deal and securing insurance, I was en route to the dealership when they called to inform me that another salesperson was simultaneously working a deal on the same vehicle. Shortly after, they notified me the car was sold out from under me. With no apology or regard for my time and effort, they casually offered to sell me a different vehicle. This bait-and-switch tactic, executed within just two days, is the epitome of unprofessionalism. I’ve purchased numerous vehicles from various dealers, and I’ve never encountered such blatant disregard for a confirmed deal. The management’s lack of integrity and apparent greed reflect a dealership that prioritizes profit over customer trust.
