Extremely Unprofessional — Lisa and Arnold Wasted My Time My experience with this dealership was absolutely terrible. Lisa and Arnold were working with me on a truck that I was told was being deliver Time My experience with this dealership was absolutely terrible. Lisa and Arnold were working with me on a truck that I was told was being delivered and that we were actively discussing. They gave me every reason to believe the deal was moving forward. Then the truck was sold, and nobody even had the basic professionalism or courtesy to call me and tell me. That is what bothers me most. If the truck sold, fine — vehicles sell. But when you are communicating with a customer, discussing numbers, and allowing that customer to believe a vehicle is being held up as part of an active deal, you CALL THEM when something changes. You don't leave them hanging and let them find out afterward. The way Lisa and Arnold handled this was disrespectful, misleading, and completely unprofessional. Their communication was terrible, and after this experience I would have a very hard time trusting anything they told me during a vehicle purchase. Buying a truck is a major purchase. Customers deserve straightforward answers, honest communication, and basic respect for their time. I received none of that here. I would not recommend dealing with Lisa or Arnold based on my experience. If you're considering buying from this dealership, make sure everything is in writing and don't assume a vehicle is yours just because their sales staff makes it sound like the deal is moving forward.
