I've used Bomin exclusively for my Chevrolet service for the past 8 years. Over the last 2 years we have had some hiccups with services to the vehicle, but the service advisors always make it right. The reason for the lower rating is the overall ease and experience. Recently the body shop needed to paint a replacement mirror. They got the color wrong (horribly wrong) the first time. When they "fixed" it they got sloppy and sanded the mirror face. After fixing that the color of the mirror is still wrong. More

This experience was by far not good. It was the battery all along. I was told that it sounded like an electrical problem first, paid almost $500, went to drive it and engine light on. When I purchased my 2020 Tahoe, I was concerned about flat spots on my tires since it sat for long in one spot (something ate a piece of trim that had to be replaced) - I was told that I could bring it i flat spots on my tires since it sat for long in one spot (something ate a piece of trim that had to be replaced) - I was told that I could bring it in for an alignment before 7500 miles. I scheduled my oil change and alignment at approximately 5k miles. I was told that it would take about 2 hours to complete everything, so I left to get lunch. I dropped it off at 11 and came back shortly before 2- was just getting oil changed, I asked about the alignment and they said they didn't do it because they drove it and it didn't need it. I asked if they had actually put it on the machine and they said NO. Finally got them to do it and guess what- my steering wheel is STILL crooked. Complete waste of a day. More

Scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle serviced on Tuesday morning; however, the diagnosis was not completed and estimate provided until Thursday morning. Even though the vehicle was ready for pickup Tuesday morning; however, the diagnosis was not completed and estimate provided until Thursday morning. Nonetheless, after having such a wonderful buying experience from Bomnin, I was disappointed with the Service and felt my “scheduled” appointment didn’t receive priority. More
