I had installed new struts and rear shocks myself. Made a 7:30A appointment for alignment and arrived at 7:15A. Vehicle was taken back promptly at 7:30. Total turn around time was an hour. Great sales and finance team. Initial quality and service after the sale are awful. Buy your new car here but about service here, it is just awful. The breaks failed twice in the first two weeks because of a known BCM software issue. The service rider, Bill Case, told me I could drive it until the new software came out. Two break failures that caused no power breaks and Mr. Case said I could drive it or drive it in and get a loner until Chevy figures it out. Let that sink in- I call with a break problem and they tell me to bring it in. So dangerous and just an ignorant approach to automotive maintenance. More
