Oil change I came in for an oil change. I had an appt. for 3:00 and was there until 6:00. they told me my truck had 2 recalls that would just take a few minutes I came in for an oil change. I have bought cars from this dealership and the previous owners for over 25 years and they treat you right. I'm crippled and had problems with my tires, I came in all upset, didn't have a regular appointment and they took me in, repaired/patched my tire, and made sure all the tires were inflated correctly. I was so appreciative, and they took me on a very busy day for them, the day after a holiday. I feel like the Service folks, especially Mr. Bill Case are just about the best service personnel you could ever want. Bill always tells you exactly whats going on, gives you prices/times, and gets the job done in a very professional manner. They are like family to me. I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't take my car to them. Thank you Bomnin for having such a great Service Team! More

I had an appointment for early morning, for a vehicle inspection, new tires and to repair a recall issue. I expect to leave my vehicle for a day with the dealership. I never received a single call from inspection, new tires and to repair a recall issue. I expect to leave my vehicle for a day with the dealership. I never received a single call from the service department telling me what services or cost to expect. Finally at 5pm I reached a service department representative who stated my vehicle was not completed and they couldn't tell me how much it was going to cost. I truly believe they simply forgot about it all day. The following morning I called and I was told they would have pricing for me by 10AM. I never received a call and again managed to get ahold of someone around 3pm to finally get a price for new tires. The vehicle was completed at 6pm on the second day, and I'm certain they did not address the recall issue because my brakes are still acting funny. I'm a life long Chevy owner and I like to take my vehicles to the dealership for service, but I won't be returning to this one. Additionally I left a message with the Service Manager, hoping for a call back to explain my concerns, and again I've yet to receive a call in over a week. More
