The best customer service I have received from a GM dealer. Bill Case was the service advisor who handled my visit. I arrived and there was no appointment for me. Advised me it would be a couple days and he would call to let me know what they found. They could not get the car to make the noise. He allowed me to come in and ride with tech to point out the problem. I did so and the tech heard the noise and they made repairs in a timely manner. It was great working with him and all the staff at Bomnin. The provide great service and everyone I interacted with were courteous and professional. More
