Very Disappointed Took in my truck for service, and when I entered my vehicle it smelled very strong like cigarettes, and prior to getting into my vehicle one of the se Took in my truck for service, and when I entered my vehicle it smelled very strong like cigarettes, and prior to getting into my vehicle one of the service guys asked me how to close my rear window when I never had it open in the first place. If I go in with all my of my windows closed I expect my windows to remained closed, especially when I’m only getting an oil change. So there was no reason the inside of my truck should’ve been smelling like cigarette, if you’re working on the outside of my vehicle. Won’t be going back for service at Bomnin Chevrolet. More

Disappointed Recall work and battery replacement for a Suburban. Everything went fine while I was there. Got home, opened the hood to take a look at the new batter Recall work and battery replacement for a Suburban. Everything went fine while I was there. Got home, opened the hood to take a look at the new battery and found the battery was not properly positioned in the battery tray before it was fastened in place. Something so basic but yet not done right. Very disappointing. More
