Service team is excellant; body shop not so much The service team at this dealer has been excellent for a very long time. Even under the new management the service managers are great. I also have been impressed with the mechanics staff. I needed to have the oil changed and they got the car right in for that service. However, there was a complication. Someone had hit my car in a parking lot and damaged the hood at the location of the locking part in the center. It was not clear if the body shop would have to be involved to open the hood or repair it so it could close properly. So while the car was in for the oil change the body shop was called over to estimate the damage and cost for repair. It took perhaps an hour to change the oil and rotate the tires. All of that time was in line with what I had been told to expect. But I never got the estimate for the body shop. After an hour and a half I had to leave for an appointment. I am not certain why it would take longer than a few minutes to provide an estimate for a small dent in the hood but for some reason the body shop had over an hour and a half to look at the car and provide an estimate, and that was beyond their ability. SO I will have to take the car someplace to get the hood repaired. More

Oil Change. Most visits I have here are very pleasant. I was very glad that I called day of and was able to get squeezed in within the hour (no, I’m not always th Most visits I have here are very pleasant. They took my car back as soon as I got in (arrived a few minutes earlier then planned) & I was able to get out in good timing as well. I had a concern with a weird smell coming out of my air vents and they addressed it. For the most part the smell is gone as they replaced my air filter. Very happy with the visit. More

Terrible dealership Went there for the first time. Rude service writer by the name of Sanchez. Stupid tech over tightened my car door bolt. Then the arrogant service writer tries to convinss me that the bolt was already broken. Ended up going home with no solution. Until I had to go out of my way and complain to the manager. Car was fixed after a waste of my time and terrible customer service experience. Not recommended dealership.
