I was prepared for battle after having dealt with Ted Britt Chevy on multiple occasions. I walked in to Bomnin service and met Barbara. They had the car on the rack in less than 5 minutes after arriving and diagnosed a leaking oil pan that was covered under warranty. Barbara had me in a loaner car and off in less than 15 minutes. I’m truly blown away! Not only will I be back for service, but all of my future Chevy purchase will start at Bomnin because of this experience. More

Transmission problem - 2017 Colorado 2017 There is a known problem with some Chevy truck transmissions - heavy vibrations/shuddering after running run is warmed up (20-30 miles of driving). I called Bomnin Chevrolet for an appointment and got one several days out. Took it in, explained the problem and they performed the corrective service within a day - I got the truck back the next morning and it is running well now - no shuddering or vibrations upon acceleration from a steady speed. I'm very happy with the work and the personnel at this dealership. This work was performed under warranty and there was no charge to me. More

The rental car service I was not happy with when the air conditioning didn't work in the Malibu and it was brand new. I had to switch it for a truck the canyon and there was no space in it. Also, my mother who is 70 years old had a xxxx of a time getting into it, she also has a fractured sacrum. I asked for an SUV and I saw 2 of them around and I was not offered one of them. I was told that they were unavailable. No real attempt to take care of me. It would have been nice to drive one of the new traverse SUVs to see if I wanted to switch. More
