I love my vehicle, not the place I purchased it A few of the individuals within the service center greeted me... very nice folks. They even had fresh coffee ready for anyone to make a cup of for free. Emphasis on the word fresh, that was a delight. But... overall the service was horrible. I just purchased a brand new 2019 vehicle in February and everything with is fine... except after this service visit, my first service (the free first one)... they didn’t do a few things. They didn’t continue being professional. They were rude. I called corporate from within the office while I was there... and one of their managers said “I’m gonna’ teach you.” I went to visit my family after my car was finished and through this visit I got scolded. There was a huge oil spot on my grandmothers brand new vehicle area. Wow. I took my car to another Chevy place and they said there was too much oil in the “crank” or something like that and the filter was not tight. My oil percentage was at 40% just days after having it completed and refreshed. Coincidence? no way. Thanks Bomnin Chevy Manassas for a poor job done. More

Not a good visit this time. I've never been greeted when I walk in the door to the service dept. yet on 3 trips now. All the service people are at their computers and don't ackno I've never been greeted when I walk in the door to the service dept. yet on 3 trips now. All the service people are at their computers and don't acknowledge a customer walked in. I have had to say something first every time. This time after nothing for a minute a tech sitting there finally said "I can't help you". Thats it. Is that how you greet a customer? Whats worse was a service guy on a computer heard that and still didnt ask me what I needed. I didnt know all I needed to do was go to the cashier desk to pick up my vehicle. So since no one asked me how they could help I waited like 10 minutes when someone could have sent me to the cashier right away. Finally a guy who looked like a supervisor who was on the phone the whole time ultimately did help me and he provided great service after getting off the phone. I had a tire patched and an oil change. The tire appears to be patched fine, however for some reason it was not inflated to the same amount as the others and was low. So after paying to patch it I still had to go and put air in it. How annoying is that?! Thought I'm supposed to get multi point inspection with my oil change but they let me leave with an under inflated tire? You need to step it up Bomnin this was not a good experience. More

The controller has bright blue LEDs that turn on every time I brake, with or without a trailer attached, I don’t know how they can lie to customers. They only seem to care about getting a sale. I don’t know how they are going to fix this. Also - don’t get me started on the finance guy. Caught him in a lie - twice!! Just trying to get every dollar possible and changing his answers based upon our responses. We all try to make a buck, but come on. The sales folks are legit and nice but at the end of the day - I was lied to. I asked point blank - can I have a GM brake co triller added onto this RST Silverado. It is a great truck, but now for the next 10 years ... what? And I supposed to put up with this blue LED that turn on every time I brake reminding me of those folks. I really wanted to like everyone there. The owner is a successful Cuban - I respect that. Ugh - I just wish they would be honest. Who knows - maybe they would have sold us a more expensive truck with the break controller which we need for our horses. Wish them luck in the future as I tried to ignore the bad reviews, but clearly there is some truth to them... side note - I hate going to a business when all of the employees talk badly about each other in front of customers - be a little bit more professional. I know that they promised me one when I had my Silverado serviced and wound up spending over $300 but when I went to pick it up, no wash. More

Even watched his interaction with other clients and I just don’t understand why he’s there if he doesn’t like his job. Watched him interact with an employee and it was more of the same. More
