GM was contacted (warranty item) who informed dealer what course of action to take. The dealer did what was suggested and so for the problem was corrected. I was kept informed of what the dealer was doing each step. The service rep was kind and courteous. I gave four stars because in the service industry we should always strive for improvement. The car (Corvette) sells itself, what separates the men from the boys is SERVICE. Service brings back customers and spreads the word how you've been treated.
