I normally don't do reviews however, this dealership beat them all and gets an award for the "Worst Service Department" EVER. I've been driving for 50 years and bought many cars. This review is specifically talking about Sales & Service Department. To start, I purchase a brand new truck ($100k), items were added to the sticker price and not even installed, the truck was not even clean. The worst part is the service department. My two front tires had to be replaced. It is still not finished since I purchased the truck in July, and I've been there more than a dozen times. They lie, make up stories, have you come with an appointment and do not fix the issue, don't test drive your vehicle, tell you "come back if not fixed" really? they don't provide loaners and could not care less. I will make sure to never buy another car from this dealership More

Communicative, empathetic and sincere are what come to mind when thinking about my experience with him. For the rest of the Bomnin organization, not so great and plenty of room for improvement. My rating would be 2 stars. The moral compass of the sales manager seems to heavily tilted towards profitability rather than doing the right thing.
