Asked for different breaks so I could use a coupon but advisor told me that the breaks in the offer would make noise and that only the higher priced breaks wouldn’t make sounds. No follow through, or accurate communication between Chevy and the customer OR Chevy service (who works on truck) and Chevy front desk customer service. I wasted SO much time for things that could have been handled appropriately (IE: communicating my vehicle is ready and then showing up to wait OVER another hour….for it to “be washed” and it was VERY loud obvious that if it was even washed - it sure as xxxx wasn’t worth the hour plus it took, on top of the 4/5 days it took to get my vehicle back. Shameful service. I hope someone in management cares…but either way; you don’t need to worry about ME as a customer again. More

Would never use again. The service advisor did not call at all to give me an update. I had to call. They held the truck an extra day. They tried arguing that the installed part was wrong. I had installed 2 wheel hubs 1.5 years ago as one bearing had seized. I used aftermarket parts. They bordered on a Magnuson Ferguson Act violation. The truck was returned with muddy footprints throughout. I had just had truck cleaned day prior to dropping off. Will ever use this dealership again or recommend. More
