I am so impressed and 100% satisfied with the service I received from this dealership. I got rear ended and they totally messed up my passenger rear end of my car, this dealership fixed my car in a timely received from this dealership. My Silverado had a transmission problem. I described the problem when I dropped it off. Someone called me within 10 minutes because my low fuel light was on. I said that it just went on when I described the problem when I dropped it off. Someone called me within 10 minutes because my low fuel light was on. I said that it just went on when I was driving there so there was atleast 50 miles left on the tank. The were was plenty of gas to test drive it. A second person called to ask about the problem. I again told him the exact same thing when I checked it in. I get a call at 3:30 telling me that they couldn’t properly check it because of the low fuel. They said that has needs to be over 1/4 to test properly. That wasn’t how it was explained the first time. It was hard to understand that person on the phone so communication from the dealership is an issue. When I picked it up, the invoice said that they needed to check if it was a low fuel issue. If they communicated that to me I could have told them that it was not a low fuel issue. The problem happened when I had full tanks. I took it to another dealership and they were able to diagnose the problem because there was a bulletin about the problem. Even when I checked the car in, that person knew of the bulletin. (19-NA-121) It was a simple fix. This was the second time that this service center disappointed me. The first time was a simple oil change. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to Bomnin for any more service work. More

I brought my car in for a leak in the roof and they told me it could be a week or two before they could fix it because the lining was on back order. I did not have a problem waiting. About 5 days after I dr me it could be a week or two before they could fix it because the lining was on back order. I did not have a problem waiting. About 5 days after I dropped my car off I got a call it was ready for pickup. I could not have been more pleased. Great Service Department. Will highly recommend. More
The body shop repair quote process was quick and efficient. After waiting 6 weeks I called to see when the repairs would be scheduled. They took the car in the following week and the repairs took tw efficient. After waiting 6 weeks I called to see when the repairs would be scheduled. They took the car in the following week and the repairs took two weeks. I went to pick up the car and the repairs looked very good. I am very happy with the repairs and am glad I chose a Chevrolet dealership for the repairs and hoped I avoided getting Chinese aftermarket parts. More
Very disappointed with the service I received. Was told by service advisor to drop off my truck Wednesday afternoon and someone would look at it on Thursday. Asked for an oil change, state inspection and find out why A/C is blowing hot air. Heard nothing from service advisor on Thursday. I called Friday noonish and told tech started looking at my truck around 10 that am. Expected to call me back later in the afternoon with full report. Was told I needed some work to pass inspection and the A/C problem was identified. Service Advisor said the work would not be able to be done until Monday. Monday afternoon I received a call stating the tech working on my truck called out and no work was done on my truck. Inquired if work would be completed on Tuesday. I was told my truck would be assigned to another tech if my tech called out again on Tuesday. I was never offered a loaner vehicle on Friday or Monday. Service Advisor communication was not acceptable. Customer wants to be informed in a timely manner, not at the end of the day when options are limited. My family has been a customer of the Chevrolet dealership in Manassas for many years. This current ownership has not lived up to the excellent service we have previously experienced. We will not be returning. More
