Bomnin Chevrolet Manassas - Service Center

Terrible. I brought a used car from Bomnin that had a issue with the brakes being deployed without me touching the brakes. I brought the car back in and the s I brought a used car from Bomnin that had a issue with the brakes being deployed without me touching the brakes. I brought the car back in and the service tech told the manager. The manager came outside to looked at the car and said nothing to me as I stood by the car. They ended up exchanging the car for me and the next day the brakes were sqeaking on this car. I brought the car back in to get checked out. They told me the brakes were fine. 2 days later the brakes started sqeaking again. At this point I didn't want to deal with Bomnin again so I examined the brake pads myself and found that the brake pads were badly chipped which is what caused the sqeaking. Little particles of the brake pad was on the rotor. If they would have did their job and looked at the pads they would've saw this but they gave the car back to me with this issue. I paid for and changed the brake pads myself. 4 months later I had to replace e the battery and had to pay them $75 to diagnose the problem. I'm completely done with Bomnin and wouldn't refer anyone to them. The service is horrible but they race out to your car when you pull up harassing you and offering to help you but they don't! They only care about selling cars. NEVER AGAIN! More
