Normally, we get fantastic service here and keep bringing our vehicles back - and making recommendations. However, this simple oil change didn't go so well. My wife showed up for a 2pm appointment and didn't our vehicles back - and making recommendations. However, this simple oil change didn't go so well. My wife showed up for a 2pm appointment and didn't leave until 3:45pm. She checked at the counter at 3pm and was told the technician, Devon, took lunch and in following up, she was told repeatedly that they had to wait for him to close the ticket. At 330pm, Albert stepped in to close the ticket and another 15 minutes to pay. That is terrible planning and an insane amount of time for an oil change. I'm hoping this is an anomaly but it's significant enough to bother me...and she doesn't remember any apology. More
