My service tech was very nice, BUT I had to wait 2. 5 hours ( because my mechanic went to lunch…sigh) despite having and appt for them to tell me it would take 5 more hours to fix the air conditioner. And no they no longer have loaners or rentals because of covid. I had to call someone( we live 40 min away) to come get me and then leave my car overnight. Also, I noted when I pulled up and saw at least 7 people standing out front doing nothing, same with the employees inside. I guess this is why it took so long to get my car fixed-no one is actually working or at least that is the impression I was left with. More
