The worst customer service, I purchased my corvette with them, along with 3 warranty packages to close the deal. The warranty was maintenance service, tire and wheel protection and paint/fabric protection. them, along with 3 warranty packages to close the deal. When I brought my car back to get the paint protection, they had imprinted hand and fingerprint all over ceramic coat, which hardened and I couldn't take it off without a proper buffing. I returned to complain about the work, to take off the protection and asked for a refund for the paint protection. After a few weeks of going back and forth, they ended up sending me a check for a refund. Now fast forward to June 2022, I brought my vehicle into Bomnin Manassas for an oil change, first one was free - courtesy of GM, so on this 2nd oil change, I figured since I had the service maintenance warranty, it would be free. I ended up paying $150 for the work, I asked why they charged me and they said I didn't have any maintenance contract and it was cancelled along with the the wheel/tire protection. The dealership decided when I asked for the refund for the paint protection, they cancelled the other 2 protection packages and NOT the one I was complaining about, when they messed up my paint. I talked with Ahmed on 6/3/22 and he said we would call me back after hearing my issue and I have left voicemails and yet no doesn't call. I've asked to speak with finance manager and they just let the phone ring until it routes back to the front desk. If you have an issue, they do not return any phone calls . When someone does answer the phone, they send you around to different dept until they eventually hang up on you. More

It took tow tries - sort of - one engine light came on - no sooner was that fixed. Then I dove 5 blocks and an engine light came on with a different problem.
