First, I waited one week for an appointment. It supposed to be at 8 am. They told me to leave my car and will diagnostic the issue. They told me they needed to leave my car overnight (they never mention this before when I just needed to know what was the issue before make a decision) it was 3 pm and nothing. They called me to let me know my car was ready. The person who helped me never communicate clear and told me how supposed to work. He just charge me 155 which I understand and then said because I was taking my car if L wanted to do the work there was not warranty for ten diagnostic and I would have to pay it again. Super rude, bad communication and bad experience. More
