Been brining our Tahoe there for years for service and oil changes. Always bring a promotional coupon sent by the dealership and has never been an issue. I love the staff and shuttle drivers at this location! They are GREAT! Albert is our favorite. The process to request and or secure the shuttle however is sub par and quite frustrating. I request shuttle service at the time I book the appointment and also call to notify them that I will need the shuttle, yet when I arrive I always wait 20 or more minutes for it to “get back” from another location or it has just left. I have seen it leave multiple times while I am parking my vehicle for service. I just wish it was more organized so that if you are traveling to/from work you could depend on it being available close to the time you drop off the vehicle for service. The prices for service have also risen sharply (like much of anywhere) which I understand is due to economic reasons but it seems excessive. I don’t know that I will be using the services here in the near future for this exact reason. It has become unaffordable. More
