After two visits, service department failed to complete 7500 vehicle maintenance and service bulletin recall. Service advisors lack attention to detail and lack customer relations training. The service department in Bomnin is terrible. I scheduled my first oil change for my Silverado but around the same time I started having a serious issue with it with was causing my truck to be almost not dr my first oil change for my Silverado but around the same time I started having a serious issue with it with was causing my truck to be almost not drivable. When they checked they told me it was a defective part that was causing a misfire in the engine. Long story short I had to leave my truck there that day and it took over 3 weeks to have it repair. Apparently the parts were on back order. The worst part of this it was they did not provide me with either a loaner vehicle or a ride back on an Uber or other mean of transportation. Apparently I live farther than their 15 to 20 minutes distance and they could not bother to spend a few extra dollars. Besides this their customer service personnel don’t appear to have the appropriate social skills when dealing with the customers and they can be perceived as rude. I have bought two trucks from them in the last year but I’m no longer going to do business with them. Their customer service can be very mediocre and then some of their employees will dare to call you and text to insist you to leave them a 5 star satisfaction rating. And to top all this up, they didn’t even change my oil. More
