Even though I had an appointment, my truck sat while they kept bringing in other vehicles. They had my vehicle for a MONTH!! I was lied to MULTIPLE TIMES. I will not be coming back! I called to get an appointment to program an aftermarket key fob. The serviceman was up front and stated those fobs don’t always work, but the cost would be same, regardless…$70-$170. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. From buying my car here, which took way longer than it should have, I had my own financing setup and ready to go and it still took several hours to get my purcha my car here, which took way longer than it should have, I had my own financing setup and ready to go and it still took several hours to get my purchase completed.... to getting it serviced... the service center is always back logged, the first time I tried to get service done on my car for my AC which broke, they didn't have appts for 1 1/2 weeks, so went to another Chevy dealer and got it done within 2days, the second time was to drop off my car for the transmission, which I knew something was up with it, so booked my appt specifying transmission issues, they called to tell me they didn't have time to do it that day and would get to it Friday, Friday came and went.... weekend came and went, no calls, Monday 3pm (cuz no one called) I called to get status and was told they still haven't gotten to it, and it would be Tomorrow (we will see if that happens), then I have to wait for the parts to get ordered and for them to have the time to get to it again once they do. I will never take my car here for service again, I could have taken it to another dealership to get it serviced and would have had my car by now or at least parts ordered. This was the third thing with my car since buying it, first, my AC broke and I had to recharge my AC, then had to buy a brand new battery since my battery died completely, couldn't even charge it, to now having to have my transmission repaired.... doesn't seem that they go over their used cars very well before selling them.
