Barbara was an absolute gem. I told her the problem I was having and she made sure to get me in. I am a travel nurse working at Novant Health and I live an hour away. My windshield wipers had stopped working having and she made sure to get me in. I am a travel nurse working at Novant Health and I live an hour away. My windshield wipers had stopped working in the middle of a downpour with more rain on the way. I had to get my car repaired and it isn’t always easy dealing with the insurance company and the repair guys. Jason made the process smooth and easy. Great service, only took an hour and a half to get my oil changed and vehicle inspected, very friendly staff. One thing I noticed the following day was the dealer license plate border on my front license pla changed and vehicle inspected, very friendly staff. I've had to come back multiple times to get the same service done for my Bolt recall. Not only that, but the online scheduling feature with my Chevrolet app, doesn't even work for this location.
