Absolutely awful experience at Bomnin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Doral — avoid at all costs. He explicitly told us that not only was that the price, but if we came into the dealership, they would beat it to make us take the deal on the spot. Based on that, we booked a 3 PM appointment and made the trip. When we arrived, Christopher was nowhere to be found. Turns out, he isn’t even a real salesperson — just an internet sales assistant. No one knew where he was, and the dealership had no idea about the conversation we had. That alone felt deceptive. It gets worse. They couldn’t even locate the car we came to see. We waited around for 20+ minutes while they searched their own inventory — completely unprepared despite us booking ahead. While waiting, we tried to move things forward by discussing pricing with the sales manager. That’s when everything fell apart. Suddenly, we were told that the discounts Christopher had confirmed don’t apply unless you’re military, police, or a prior Jeep owner. We specifically asked about this on the phone and were told everyone qualifies — clearly a bait-and-switch tactic. The manager’s response? Rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He said Christopher would “need to be retrained,” then came back with a new price that conveniently added a bunch of inflated dealership fees — completely wiping out any so-called discounts. His exact attitude was essentially: “This is the price. Take it or leave it. I’m not wasting more of my time.” Unbelievable. We walked in ready to spend $50K cash, and this is how they treat customers — with dishonesty, incompetence, and outright disrespect. They never even found the car. This was a complete waste of time and one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Do not trust anything they tell you over the phone. The worst car buying experience of my life and I bought a lot of new cars. I bought a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Mar 13, 2026. They told me it was there at the dealership the night before making the 3 hour lot of new cars. I bought a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Mar 13, 2026. They told me it was there at the dealership the night before making the 3 hour drive to Miami from Venice, FL. Once there, they told me the vehicle was a loaner and that they would have it back on site in 30-40 min. I had them check out my 2025 Ram truck for a trade in price and they came back with a number of $31,000. I told them I had a number from Carvana of $39,200. They said that was the best they could do. So after waiting for the vehicle to get there, I drove over to Carvana and it took me 15 minutes to get the full 39,200 from them. I took an Uber back over to the dealership and waited another 3 hours before the vehicle showed up. I wished I had not sold my truck to Carvana because now I had no way to leave. The paperwork went smooth and they said they needed to clean the car. After waiting for an hour and a half I told them I would take the vehicle the way it was. I needed to get out of Miami before the traffic got to bad. They got the vehicle for me and it had not even started to be cleaned yet. It took me 4 hours to drive back to Venice because of the traffic. The next day we had someone in the back seat and she noticed the back passenger window was cracked. I called the dealership and sent a picture and they said it looked like a heat crack. They told me I could drive 3 hours each way and they would fix it, or I could take it to the dealer in Venice. I took it to Douglas CDJR in Venice and they confirmed it was a heat related crack. I did not noticed it when I checked it over but it was raining and overcast. I was only in Florida for 10 more days and the local Jeep dealer said that it would take longer to get the ok from Jeep and order the part than the time I had left in Florida. So I will get that fixed in Green Bay, WI. My biggest issue is the temp. license plate they issued for 30 days. I called them before leaving and asked if I could get another one because the current one expired in 2 weeks. They are only good for 30 days. Bomnin told me they couldn't issue another one because it wasn't close enough to the expiration date. I texted my salesman Tony, 7 days before the expiration date and he texted me back the next day saying they were overnighting me another 30 day temp plate. After 4 days of not receiving it I texted Tony back and asked about it. He said that he checked with management and they were preparing a new one. I asked about the one they were overnighting on Monday and he said that is not his job and there is nothing he can do about it. So I doubt if I will ever see this temp plate. As of tomorrow I can no longer legally drive the car on the roads in Wisconsin. I called Jeep customer care and they said there was nothing they could do for me I needed to get help from management at the dealership. That help has been not existent. So my troubles with the dealership go on with no help from them or Jeep customer care. This was my 3rd Jeep Grand Cherokee I bought in the last 4 months so I thought I would get some help from Jeep, but got nothing. It is the local Jeep responsibility and they can't do anything about it. My other two Jeeps were purchased in Wisconsin for my son's and I didn't have any issues at all. If you purchase from Bomnin, I hope you are local because you could end up in the same place that I am. I am not a happy customer of Bomnin. More
