I do not speak Spanish and I made it clear but they still kept me with a salesman Overall not a good experience buying my truck from this dealership. I do not speak Spanish and I made it clear but they still kept me with a salesman who had extreme difficulty communicating with me making the process twice as long as it needed to be and very frustrating. Additionally, when I purchased my lease they refused to even give the truck a detailing. In my opinion it is common sense to make the customer happy when they are buying a vehicle so they will return for future purchases or at least clean the vehicle after purchasing the lease so it looks good leaving the dealership! Lastly, I had to purchase new tires and the team at planet dodge did not make me aware of the special they had going on, free lifetime balance and rotation with the purchase of new tires. It would have been nice if the dealership would make you aware of the current deals. More
