No time for customers yet plenty of time to chitchat I called a few times and the answer was that they were always busy and could not answer a question over the phone, yet when I got there, 5 minutes lat I called a few times and the answer was that they were always busy and could not answer a question over the phone, yet when I got there, 5 minutes later, there was no line and four employees where behind the counter chitchatting. Literally took them 5 minutes to answer the simple question, yet they make their customers go out of they way to have to drive to the dealership for them to not be very helpful —all while having a smug attitude.
