Misled on price - slow process I recently purchased a used jeep wrangler from Planet Dodge. I found the vehicle online and was in communication with the team online on price. After I recently purchased a used jeep wrangler from Planet Dodge. I found the vehicle online and was in communication with the team online on price. After some back and forth I was informed the best was they would be able to help me on price was to come to the dealership. I get the whole coming to the dealership because they want to try and sell you it there. But I really wanted to see what they can do on price so I drove 1.5 hours down there. When I got there, it took me about 1 hour to find out they could not negotiate on price one bit. I was extremely upset as you can image because I was told to come down so they could help and they did not. I sent them an email letting them know and after no one responded to that after I texted the sales rep I was dealing with letting him know. After all this back and forth the price was lowered by a measly $500. On a 25k+ car. Plus their dealer fee was $900 which is outrageous and they did not budge on that either. I still got the vehicle because it was what I wanted but you can imagine my feelings. After agreeing on price, it took over 3 hours just to get the keys. Nowadays this is just way too long to get a vehicle purchased. The whole process just took to long. As you can see I wold not recommend this dealership from my experience. More
