Rami is a great sales consultant. Very helpful and great guy I had originally went to Planet Dodge to only take a look at the all-new 2019 Ram 1500 just to get an idea of what new changes they’ve made. Rami, a s I had originally went to Planet Dodge to only take a look at the all-new 2019 Ram 1500 just to get an idea of what new changes they’ve made. Rami, a sales consultant, saw that my father and I were taking a look at a Limited trim that was in the showroom and approched us with confidence pertaining to any question we had over the truck. He began to show us the new changes on the Limited and suggested we see other trim levels that they had in inventory. We walked outside and once I found one to my liking, he went to get the keys to test drive it. During the test drive, Rami was very informative and explained everything in actute detail. After we returned from the test drive, I was interested in seeing what offers Rami was able to provide us and if we met somewhere to my liking, I would take the Ram Home that night. Rami was not pushy at all and everything he explained to us was completely honest. he reached high to get us a great deal and he executed it with genuine gratitude. My new 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie model was the first 2019 Ram that Rami sold. It was a great pleasure to do business with Rami. Trade-in value could be a little bit better (although, most or all dealers are similar on this) but in general, the whole team (sales, trade-in and finance) appreciated and valued my business with them. Also, a fairly fast process, didn't have to spend the whole day trying to make a deal. More
