Horrible service After a regular maintenance service, the same day it was done, the engine light started to show up on my dashboard, I returned to the dealer the next After a regular maintenance service, the same day it was done, the engine light started to show up on my dashboard, I returned to the dealer the next day and I was told I needed to leave the car for one day or come another day, I came the next Monday and I was told to wait for another day, I had to complain with another person to have them check my car the same day, just to tell me I needed to pay $600 to fix the "thermostat" when my car didn't have any problem before the touched it, luckily my lease is about to end and I wont have to deal with them anymore. Not only was she clueless regarding the vehicle, but by doing minimal research online, I knew more about the vehicle than she did. She told me that she mainly sells Jeeps, and really knew little about this truck. While test driving through the streets of Miami, she played with some of the features. Then, after the vehicle was purchased, I asked to be shown how to work them. Her response was " I already showed you ", leaving me once again to figure things out online. The finance department left me waiting for 2 hrs, until Robert stepped in. Overall, disorganized and unknowlegdeable staff, and a poor experience. More
